Lace Day In The Pines 2002

Pine Cone Lace Day

On June 8, 2002 the Bluebonnet Lacers from Nacogdoches, TX hosted their annual Lace Day in the Pines. A great time was had by all. We were treated to the short film Weaving One's Way into the World. This is a video by the Borenquen Lacers Inc. about making a lace curtain for a Theater. How it was made and designed by the group. It was very fascinating. Later in the day we learned how to make Morovian Stars.

On the following Sunday we took a class from the then President of the IOLI Debbie Beaver.
